Refund policy

At Healthy Finger's, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been successfully delivered.

No Return Policy

  • All products sold by Healthy Finger's are non-returnable.

  • Returns are not accepted once the product has been delivered.

  • Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return.

  • We do not provide refunds for any orders once delivered.

  • Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction, change of mind, or incorrect usage of the product.

Exceptions

Refund or replacement will be considered only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged during transit

  • Wrong product delivered

Such issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear unboxing video/photos shared with our support team.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
